The townhouses at Lydiard Park are taking shape with timber framing well advanced. Roofing, windows, hydraulic/electrical rough-in, and brickwork installation are continuing to progress nicely. Although Ballarat’s Spring weather can be unpredictable, we have captured some great blue sky shots showing the progress on-site.
Unfortunately due to COVID lockdown restrictions, the project has experienced some construction delays. Hygge Property and the broader project team for Lydiard Park are working hard to manage the projected delay and bring the project back onto programme.
